SHIPPING

We ship every day. Shipping is done via the carrier CTT Expresso.

Estimated delivery time for orders:

Mainland Portugal, free shipping from €50
– 2 to 5 business days

Madeira and Azores, free shipping from €60
– 2 to 9 working days up to 2kg

– 2 to 15 working days for items over 2kg

If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us by email: wooki.geral@gmail.com so we can resolve the problem.

i) Delivery times are merely indicative as they may depend on factors beyond Wooki's control, and therefore no damages may be inflicted as a result of non-compliance.

ii) If the goods and services are intended for the final consumer, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the latter when he or a third party indicated by him comes into possession of the goods.

iii) Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check their conformity, notifying the carrier of any damage detected, which must be mentioned on the respective receipt receipt.

iv) In the event of hidden damage, the customer must report this fact in writing to Wooki within 24 hours, using the contacts provided on the website.


RETURN POLICY

At Wooki, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to ensure that the process is simple and transparent, ensuring your satisfaction.

Requests for cancellation, exchanges or returns are handled individually and can be made via any of our store's means of communication (email, social media, WhatsApp), with a 14-day return period from the date of receipt of the order.

The deadline is considered to be met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

Cost

The costs of returning/exchanging an item are borne by the customer, and in the case of sending a new product, the customer must pay the shipping costs again.

Reimbursement

In the case of a refund, wooki undertakes to refund the value of the returned item within a maximum period of 7 working days. The shipping costs will not be refunded as these refer to the contracted transport service and are considered to be completed upon receipt of the order.

The refund of the value of the item(s) will be made via MB Way, bank transfer or via a voucher to be used within 180 days after the voucher is issued.

Article conditions
No refunds will be issued if the product has signs of use or has been damaged. If the product arrives in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Please return the item using or including the original packaging. You must also include all instructions, labels, documents and product packaging.

Custom items
The right of return does not apply to product(s) ordered according to customer specifications and/or customized at the customer's request.
